Technical Instructor Training
At TS TECH, we do not develop training for our customers — we develop it together with them.
Our technical instructor training is a collaborative process in which we work closely with your team to build the technical understanding, teaching confidence, and practical competence needed to deliver GWO training at a professional level.
A central part of the process is our TS TECH lesson plan framework.
During the process, we teach directly from this framework and use it as a foundation to develop your course material — including structure, sequence, and PowerPoint presentations that your instructors will use.
This will ensure a clear professional line, while maintaining full ownership of the finished material.
Whether you work with your own equipment or integrate TS TECH simulators, the goal is the same: to enable your instructors to complete safe, consistent and audit-ready courses.
Upon completion of the course, your instructors will receive documentation of their technical competencies and the training completed — a solid basis for the center’s internal instructor approval.
What the course includes:
- Lesson plan and risk assessment
- Documentation package (templates, pre-assessment, Annex 5 draft)
- On-site instructor customized to your equipment and chosen solution
- Joint workshop where we build your PowerPoint and course material based on TS TECH’s lesson plan framework.
Instructor training is available for all TS TECH training solutions, including BTT, CoHE, SLS, Crane & Hoist, and Solar Technical Training (STT).
High Voltage is delivered as a separate course due to the high technical level and the need for specialized expertise.
