We celebrate community, socialising and getting to know each other as people, and not just as colleagues. This is beneficial to our understanding of each other's strengths and weaknesses; and thus to our interactions with each other over the course of the normal working day.

TS TECH therefore has, among other things, a very active staff association, which offers activities several times a year involving physical activity, cosy relaxation, intensity or being simply festive.

Additional to the above, we also offer all employees to start up their own thing. If you want to run an activity by yourself with your colleagues, TS TECH would be happy to support you in the form of a financial contribution by agreement.

We of course have a few other festive events that run every year, such as our Christmas party and our summer party.
