We constantly remind each other to celebrate our wins and have a bell with an accompanying overview for the exact purpose of reminding us to do this. Orders that exceed a certain size therefore trigger the following (respectively)

• Playing “padel” (including participating in Esbjerg’s Leisure for Businesses “Padel for work colleagues”) is just one of the things we do. We also play a bit of darts or curling, run raffles and even have our own e-sport team that plays Counter Strike and participates in the CS-Go inter-colleague league.
