The bell
We celebrate our wins
We constantly remind each other to celebrate our wins and have a bell with an accompanying overview for the exact purpose of reminding us to do this. Orders that exceed a certain size therefore trigger the following (respectively)
- We get paid... ;-)
- A normal cake
- A fancy cake
- A fancy cake and some bubbly
- A visit to the hot dog truck on Friday afternoon
The sport
When we are being active
What we do... For example: Playing padel and a bit of darts or curling, raffles and we even have our own e-sport team that plays Counter Strike and participates in the CS-Go inter-colleague league. We also take a team to the Fanø Summer Cup, where they play (a bit of) football...
Food
Hot dog truck and other good food...
A big celebration often involves food of some kind, preferably in appropriate quantities and usually with a food truck parked up in front of our HQ.
